Turn key Automated Material Handling Systems
Middlesex welcomes specifications for
complete material handling systems. As an important part of our business we
accept responsibility for such TURN KEY system installations. Such a project is
generally divided into two phases. Phase one: manufacturing the system. Phase
two: Install and commission.
In phase one:
- We review a set of customer
specifications
- We then submit a proposal based
on them
- If our proposal is viewed
favorably, then we follow it up with a discussions with the customer. This
process generally modifies the original specifications, proposal and costs.
- Upon arriving at the final
solution for a project, the customer order and manufacturing execution follows.
This is the first phase of a project.
In phase two:
- For turnkey installations, a
second order is released, and installation, acceptance and commissioning
follows as a second phase of the project.
- After acceptance a limited maintenance
period is followed by a warranty period.
- Maintenance service may be
purchased by the customer during and after the warranty period.
Our conveyor technology may also be purchased
through Middlesex accepted third parties. However, Middlesex itself can best
offer you a knowledgeable experienced installation. We recommend this as the
best choice to our customers.
