Primary parts for the construction of conveyor modules

A conveyor transport network consists of modular conveyor elements, such as linear motion, branching, or vertical lifting elements. Each of these modules is assembled by the use of Middlesex primary parts. These primary parts may be purchased by designers and manufacturers of conveyors.

The following functional parts are available:

	Idler wheels, to provide the sliding of carriers on conveyor
	Drive rings, to provide the exact friction to drive carriers
	Clutch to disengage the motor from the carrier in case of overdrive. This element minimizes the frictional generation of particles
	Sensors to detect the presence of a carrier on the conveyor module
	Motors, to provide the forward motion on a conveyor module
	Motor control boards, to provide motor control, sensor inputs and CAN bus interface
	Profibus I/O boards, to provide control of a node of zones interfaced via Profibus
	Transfer Management Unit (TMU), high performance embedded logic controller with Ethernet connection and Touch-screen display that eliminates the need for external PLC
